Parent information sessions are held either online and/or in person. Due to COVID-19 prevention and control measures, we may only have online sessions available. During your virtual or in-person visit, parents will learn about our founders’ vision for early childhood education, details about our programs, and tuition information. There will also be time for Q&A. These sessions usually last between 30-45 minutes. For our online sessions, a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam is required to participate in order to view our slide presentation, photos, and videos. After attending a parent information session, instructions for the next step will be emailed to participants, along with a link to our enrollment application. If you're ready, complete the enrollment application and remit the non-refundable NT$1,000 application fee to get registered in our system.

Once we receive a completed application and the non-refundable NT$1,000 application fee, the application is immediately placed into our admissions queue. What happens next depends on the time of year, eligibility requirements of the program, and whether we have space in the class for your child. Eligible children will be offered admission for available spots on a rolling basis. Parents will be notified in writing via email.

When we have more applicants than space available, we will start a waitlist. As space becomes available, we will extend offers of admission to children on the waitlist. Children are offered admission based on a number of factors including  1) time of application, with earlier applicants getting higher priority than later applicants, 2) child’s age and gender, in order to create a balanced distribution of ages and genders across the classrooms, and 3) parents' and families' attitudes towards a shared vision of early childhood education. We give priority to families with children currently enrolled or who have had older children previously enrolled at Tinkerseeds. Waitlisted children will automatically roll over into subsequent semesters until a space becomes available. There's no need to re-apply each semester.
